About
Hi, I’m Ryan Kingsley, a qualified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) and Mortgage Broker with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. My journey into finance started when I enrolled at the London Institute of Banking and Finance, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals with confidence.

My Background

I wasn’t always in finance. I grew up in Croydon, South London, as part of a close-knit family of five, raised by my incredible single mum. Like many, I didn’t follow the traditional route — I didn’t go to university and I didn’t finish college. But life has a way of pushing you in the right direction, and in my early 20s, I found myself in the world of finance. I quickly realised that the value of money isn’t just about earning it, but about making it work for you and your goals.

Having come from a background where we learned the true value of money, I can relate to clients on a deeper level. I understand the importance of budgeting, planning, and setting realistic financial goals.

Outside of Work

I like discovering great street food, which is one of my favourite ways to explore different cultures. I’m also an avid fan of science fiction novels and am currently in the process of writing my own science fiction book – a dream I’ve always had. In the past, I spent 12 years training in kickboxing, which taught me the value of discipline, focus, and perseverance — qualities I bring to my professional life as well. I’m also a big movie buff, so if you're ever looking for recommendations, I’ve got plenty to share.

Mission
I am committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their financial futures. With a passion for continuous learning, I create accessible, free educational content and aim to inspire the next generation by speaking in schools.
My goal is to make financial literacy accessible to all, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, has the opportunity to make informed decisions and secure their financial well-being.
